DPI light flickering and no conection viper ultimate

I dismounted my razer viper ultimate to clean the dust in it, and when i put it back together it didnt work, the pc didnt recognize anything when i pluged in with the wire, it did when i conected the wireless usb, but the mouse didnt work, the dpi light keeps flickering in red (was the color i had set to the dpi i was using, so maybes is bc of that) it did when i turned it on or i pluged the wire in.
