Hello! I recently got the razer dva headset for Xmas and I play on Xbox, but my friends are hearing really bad static and the mic is way too sensitive. Can anyone help? thank you! Olivia

Hello. Have you tried recording audio with other devices like a smartphone to see if the issue persists? Let me know.

At first I thought it was the headphones but I recorded myself with my iPhone and my macbook, both worked fine, just my Xbox it seemed to give problems to. I tried doing a reboot on my Xbox, messing with the mic feedback, and unplugging my adapter, none of which worked unfortunately :(

Thanks for the reply. Have you tried using another controller or adapter to see if the issue persists there?
