Hi,
I have the 2021 Early Edition Advanced laptop,, details at the tail of this message and am seeing very very brief interruptions to audio, mouse but not the keyboard. This happens intermittently and randomly about one every 30 seconds to 2 minutes, sometimes in bursts.
I cannot see anything on the task manager or in CPU consumption being eaten up by any processes.
I have performed a factory reset and disconnected the Razer keyboard/mouse and then I don't see the issue. The drivers are all the same and the OS details are exactly the same as well. So I have excluded the hardware so there is not much point in doing an RMA as I think we are dealing with a software issue of some kind.
The realtek driver is dated 12/8/2020, 6.0.9079.1.
I have also updated every driver I can find and turned off sound enhancements everywhere I can find them along with the THX spatial features but cannot seem to shake this.
Has anyone else seen anything like this on the newer models with Windows 11 ?
Thanks,
Karl

Are you referring to the laptop's built-in speaker when the buzzing sound is happening? Does the issue happen regardless of what USB peripheral is connected to the unit? As part of the issue isolation, try disabling the Razer Synapse by following the steps here and check if the issue happens while the mouse is connected. Otherwise, send me a PM including your Razer Blade's serial number. I’ll be locking this thread now to divert our conversation privately.
