I bought this headphone on January 22 2024
I didn't use it because its earpad hurt my ear so bad until now I didn't use it so it got stuck so im asking if it is possible if razer is going to give me an free earpad because the earpad is so small
So im just asking if razer would give me a free earpad that bigger than this pls help i didn't use my black shark v2 x because of it for 4 months i wish you can help me razer thankyou.
