Not sure if this is the right place to be posting this, but I submitted this question to the technical support and haven't received a response from anyone. I tried signing up for the educational discount codes and ended up getting an email (see below) that didn't contain any discount codes. At first I thought the issue might be that I accidentally tried to register via the European site (for some reason that's the first url that comes up when searching for Razer Educational Discount), or if I somehow broke something when I attempted to register a second time. However it happened, I'd love to get it sorted as I'm in need of a new laptop.

I had this exact same issue, I signed up and received an identical email. I tried submitting a question to tech support but got no response as well.

Glad to know I'm not the only one! Just curious, did you sign up using the US or European sign-up form? Did you have any other issues with signing up?

I believe I signed up using the US sign-up form since I live in the US. I don't remember encountering any issues, the email w/o any coupon codes was sent to my student email right away after verifying my account.

So here's something interesting: I went back to my .edu email and did another search for Razer, and it looks like they sent me another email *with* promo codes on Friday. What's odd is that the email was promoting the Ornata V2 and the Kishi. Just did some shopping and the codes worked! Here's hoping you got a similar email as well.

I did! Thanks, this is great news for me. I should also probably check my .edu email more often...
