I recently purchased a brand-new Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but it did not include the activation code for 7.1 Surround Sound. When I attempted to register the product on your website to retrieve the code, I received a message saying that the product is already registered.
I can confirm that the headset came sealed and was bought as new. I believe this may have been a mistake or a possible repackaged product.
Could you please assist me in retrieving an activation code or resolving the registration issue?
