el código de activación no venia en la caja y cuando lo quise registrar me decia ya activado

I can confirm that the headset came sealed and was bought as new. I believe this may have been a mistake or a possible repackaged product.

Could you please assist me in retrieving an activation code or resolving the registration issue?
