Hello guys here is my problem. 2 days ago the synapse and surround stopped working with my electra v2. I reinstalled the windows and now i can't even install the surround 7.1 and the synapse isn't working. Any answers for this?

    Hi there! Can you share a screenshot of Synapse? Also, what specific model of the Electra V2 do you have? Is it the analog or USB one?
