Electra V2 Mic doesn't seem to be working
Today I went out and bought myself a new Razer Electra V2 headset. I used it earlier in the day purely for the sound as I had no need to speak to anyone. Later on in the day I began to use your mic and I was constantly getting the comments "You're too quiet" or "You sound like you're inside a fish bowl." I've noticed that the headset is not showing up anywhere in my device settings however the sound seems to be working and the microphone seems to be terrible. The Microphone jack also doesn't seem to be fitting into the headset properly. The rubber gets stuck on the headset and without pushing it in (which tbh isn't the easiest thing ever) it falls out of the headset. I'm confused as to if I have a faulty headset or if I just have to change something in the settings. I do have the cable connector thing that splits the headset into both the Headphones and Microphone slots located on my laptop.
