Electra V2 microphone not working properly

So my microphone is almost every time recording a sound like I'm blowing to it and does not record my voice. In certain positions, it works normally but just for a few seconds and if I move it just a little bit it starts doing the sound I was talking about. I tried to use it on my smartphone and happens the same. I still have a warranty for this headset
