Hey! I just bought a pair of Electra usb and today in the morning they stopped working, i dont know what to do, i saw a official post on how to repair it but i need to have my headset conected which i cant do because the laptop doesnt recognize it :)

Which OS is the laptop running on, and what build version is it currently on? I'd appreciate it if you can put up screenshots of your System Information and of how the headset appears on the Device Manager.

Hello, i'm having the same issue, i bought the Razer Electra V2 usb the last week and it just stopped working 3 days ago, i already saw many videos how to update drives, reinstalled the synapse software again, anything work, i really need help because i just use it for 4 days, was working fine and out of nowhere they stopped working. Please help me! Using Windows 10.

Please PM me the serial number of your headset so I can give you the download link for the firmware update. By the way, is it possible for you to test the headset on another machine?
