The issue is that i play some games and then randomly my sound\\mic stops. I plugged and unpluggded but not working. Same issue happen when i plugged to another PC ! Please help me !

Hi there! Thanks for posting your headset's concern here. By the way, have you updated your Razer Synapse and Razer Electra V2's firmware recently? Are you using a USB hub?
