Email Support - How?

It says contact us for phone, chat, email support… but when I try clicking the links all I get are chat/phone options.

 

How do I contact support via email?

 

Also… I have a BlackWidow keyboard. Got the nice clacky green buttons… but since day one a few have no click, just quite regular keys. After a year I have a few more. Are the buttons covered?

if you want to submit request like a ticket, just choose the chat option, its a bot, after you fill in ur details it will ask you if you want to talk to a agent or submit a ticket via email

I agree, they are making it impossible to reach anyone on purpose, this is so f*** frustrating. Can anyone write their email adress or EXACTLY where to find the chat option cuz im not blind yet i cant find it anywhere

They should say that the “chat” is essentially email. It just asks to confirm a few things, upload a copy of the invoice then asks if want to start a case file. 

 

Took less than a day for (I think) a human response… asking for video evidence of my issue. Some keys “click” and some make no sound… but I guess need to prove it.

I heard some people cant stand the trouble and just skip the ticket part and just went down to the main store

Sheesh… they want video evidence of the issue… I took more than a day to respond and case closed already. Gotta get it re-opened.

Hello, I have a Razer Huntsman Mini keyboard that is powering on (the RGB lights are working), but none of the keys are responsive after a factory reset. I’ve tried the reset method (Esc + Caps Lock + Space while plugging in), different USB ports, different devices, and reinstalling drivers – nothing helped. Could you please assist with firmware recovery or replacement options?

This is a 2 year old thread that has nothing to do with what you’re asking….You need to start your own new thread. This one is long since dead.
