Tried going through chat several times to get support for my deathadder v2 pro, which has developed a fault with the right click button. I successfully uploaded my contact details and invoice through the chat, but every time I finish typing in a detailed description of the fault, as requested, the chat does not respond, losers connection and will not reconnect. Can you please provide me with an email support contact address instead? As Razer doesn’t seem to provide a support contact phone number for UK customers.
