Enter key keeps popping out

Hi. I just bought a new Razer Blackwidow TE Keyboard. I'm using it for 15 minutes and I noticed the ENTER KEY keeps popping out, especially when I hit it fastly while typing fast. I noticed what happens is that the key pops out of the swtich, but it stays attached to the stabilizer, so it kinda falls backwards. I've already searched for solutions online, but I couldn't find anything effective. Can one of you help me?

    Do you mind putting up a short clip of this? The key is not supposed to pop up, so we may have to look into your RMA options.

    The stabilizer is supposed to prevent that from happening. It appears as though the part that holds the stabilizer in place has been damaged. There's nothing that I can do from here. Do you mind sending me a PM with the serial number of your keyboard so I can look into your RMA options?
