entire row of keys bugging out ?

[]\\eiopqrtuwy this sometimes is repeated in my search bar when i try to use my razor ornata v2 it was working perfectly yesterday but today the entire row of keys wont work until randomly it seems like they are all pressed at once and then it just goes haywire repeating either a single key or all of them. my keyboard is kept clean all the time no dust or liquids near it and its never dropped or hit so i dont know whats happening. all the lights work perfectly as do all the other keys. could someone please tell me what could be happening. i checked marcros and there are non there and the ornata doesnt have a firmware update available.

Try to do a hard reset to your keyboard by following the steps in this guide. Should the problem persists, please PM me your device's serial number to validate the warranty status and look into RMA options.
