EQ and other sound settings not working

First off I have searched the forums and google for a potential fix which nothing seems to work. With that out of the way LOL. The problem I am having is all setting bass boost, surround sound, and EQ does not work. It did work when I first installed the drivers after getting the headset. I have tried uninstalling the drivers reinstalling, made sure windows spatial sound in off, and tried running as admin. Any ideas I can do? OS: Win 10 Headset: Nari Essentials Thanks in advance.
