Hello, I tried to install and run Synapse 2 as I got my new Razor mouse. But I get the following error message: Error 1000 Ray ID: 67cbcd78ea31047a • 2021-08-10 19:59:05 UTC DNS points to prohibited IP what can I do?

    Are you connected on a work/public network? Can you send me a short video clip or a screenshot of what happens when you try to run the installer? For now, please try to download and install Synapse 2 on your home PC by following this guide. If the issue persists, send me a screenshot of your MSINFO32.
