Error 1310 (ModuleInfo.xml)

I am Administrator in this process.

Device info:
Razer Naga Epic Chroma
P/N: PMRZ01-01230100
S/N: PM1526123701624

I can't figure out why I can't install Razer Synapse 2. The installer is downloaded from the razer website, the file is "WebDownload_Razer_Synapse_Installer_v2.21.24.10". Once I start that, the InstallShield Wizard comes up, and I click "Next". After that, it asks me to look over terms and services before accepting. After accepting and clicking "Next", it prompts me to either click "Back" and reread the terms, or click "Install" and start the installation.

This is where the problem happens. I click "Install", it runs through for about one second, and then prompts me with an error message: "Error 1310. Error writing to this file: C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\Synapse\\Modules\\SystemInfo\\ModuleInfo.xml. Verify that you have access to that directory".

I checked to see if I have access, and I don't. I only have access up to Synapse. Once I try anything with Modules or SystemInfo, it says I don't have access. If anyone can help resolve this, I would be tremendously thankful!

Also I've uninstalled a reinstalled the mouse's main program, and have uninstalled all versions of synapse before this. Thank you.

When you uninstalled the app, did you delete all the leftover files and folders? Also, do you have administrator access to this PC?
