Hello, today 12/16/2024 I bought some Kraken, I get an error when activating the surround sound, I have the product registered, in the box I got a QR code that does not take me anywhere, I requested one online and when I applied it I got error, try it later, I don't know what else to do, I think about returning it and looking for another brand.

One probable cause for this issue to happen is taht you installed the THX Spatial audio instead of the 7.1 Surround Sound software. To resolved the issue, please visit this article and follow the instructions to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound. Feel free to ping me if you need further help. Have a good one!
