Hi there I just got a gift from my wife which is the Razer Turret.... I was really excited to start playing with it,,, when I install it i found that the mouse is really very slow i mean here the sensitivity ... i already did the basic solution but not yet fixed ... when i look in the website i found that i can fix it using the Razer synapse , and when i try to register my products i got this message Error: Product Number Is Invalid ... this makes me wonder if my product is fake or not ??? Please verify that my product is not fake. then help me with the mouse problem. Thank u for ur time

Let me help you out with this, @Moathstr! Can you send me the serial number of your Razer device found on the box that came with the product through PM? We are unable to see the image that you posted. We also don't recommend posting it publicly. Make sure to include the link of this thread. Let's continue from there.
