hi everyone , somebody can help me pleaz ?

 

i have error product number when i try to register the product Razer BlackShark V2 X.

serial number or unique ID is ok but the product number is invalid.

I have this format in my headset RZXX-XXXX but the site require RZXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXX.

 

I just want to try the surround 7.1 but why this f***** problem, why razer's been busting my head ?

 

I have already send MP to Razer.Zionzedd with my infos but nothing somebody else ?

it's ok, I finally succeeded with https://mysupport.razer.com/app/self-help/index when i selected 7.1 Surround sound code.

 

they give me the real product number (different format of headset)after just a good serial number and finaly i receive instantany the code for the app razer app engine (7.1 surround).

thanks razer, the consumer has nothing else to do

use https://mysupport.razer.com/app/self-help/index in first and after the other
