Error razer synapse does not show applications in mixer

Hi, I have a problem. In the application of the razer synapse specifically in the "mixer" section I got the applications and with its 7.1 but now the applications do not come out even when they are running. I would like to know a solution so that they appear to me. My device is Razer Electra V2 USB

same here new games and apps dont show in the application mixer in the spatial audio software.
