Error while installing Synapse 3

i got this error while i am trying to install synapse 3 for my razer deathadder essential. i tried to remove the download and reinstall it, but didn't work. can anyone help me on how to install it.

    i tried same steps but in device manage there is no mouse driver named "Razer Mouse"
