I have a razer huntsman v2 since some months and the ESC and all F keys arent working anymore. i tried to deinstall synapse and reinstall it, ive deleted all profiles and ive resetted it in synapse and nothing helped. is the keyboard damaged or is it a software problem?

Can you test the keyboard on another computer to check if the issue persists? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the key input issue.
