ESC key no longer working - New Razer Huntsman Elite

Hi Razer Support, I recently had my Razer Huntsman Elite replaced a few months ago for separate issue where the volume scroll wasn't working correctly. You guys replaced it with a brand new keyboard which I was very happy with. Everything was going great but last week the ESC key just stopped working! I've tried to uninstall/reinstall Synapse - I've tried using the keyboard connected to 2 different laptops and another PC with and without the software installed but its like the key is just dead. The backlighting is still functioning, but the key clearly is not. Please help!

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Huntsman Elite's issue to our Support board. Were there any incidents that happened to your device before the issue? Are you using a computer with an AMD processor too? Have you tried resetting the keyboard via Razer Synapse 3.0's settings? Please check if the keyboard's firmware has been updated by clicking this link and see if it helps.

    Hi thanks for getting back to me. No issues or incidents at all before this - it was working just fine. I'm using an Intel processor. Yes i've attempted to reset/reinstall Synapse multiple times without success. I actually have 2 Huntsman Elite keyboards (2 different pcs) and switched them over and the ESC key still does not work

    I see. By the way, you've mentioned that you have two Razer Huntsman Elite and two PCs. Does the ESC key also not working after connecting the second keyboard to your other computer or it is only happening on one keyboard? Please send me a PM together with the faulty Razer Huntsman Mini's serial number via PM so I can help you submit a case and process a replacement. Let's continue our conversation there.
