European Country isn't listed so can't buy from the Online Store?

I was going to purchase the Activation Code for THX Spatial Audio from Razer's Online Store but as I tried to checkout I quickly realized I couldn't complete my purchase because Portugal isn't on the Country list. So if you're from a Country that isn't listed and because "Country" is a * Required field, you can't purchase products from the Online Store? I was hoping someone could explain why that is and/or let me know if there's a way to purchase from the Online Store even if your country isn't on the list?
