Every day since the start of the event my time has been misreported, I'm not looking to change the rankings or anything but there is an error going on that should be looked into. I typically start the game I'm going to be on an hour to two prior to the event reset, here's a screenshot of my game running behind an open Cortex, you can see from the reset time and time played it hasn't even started counting
As I said, I don't expect any changes in rankings, I'm not posting this crying for compensation, the groups I had started with all turned out to be 0 hour leeches so a loss is a loss but still there is something wrong here that needs to be looked at

Hey there!
Thank you for sharing your concern with us here. My name is Michelle from the Razer Cortex technical support team. I am happy to assist you with your issue.
If you are playing the game across the reset, that means you started playing games before reset, while you did not exit the game and still play when reset time comes, the gameplay hours will be updated hours later. Please wait and see whether your gameplay time will be updated.
Razer Cortex tracks your gameplay time by the game start event and game exit event. If this issue persists, please first troubleshoot on your side: https://deals.razer.com/squad-rewards/faq#trouble-shooting.
Then, share your Cortex logs with us and let us know which game you were playing when encountering this issue.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused you. We look forward to your reply soon and appreciate your patience.

@Michelle-RazerCortex,
TY for responding, I watched this happening every day since the start and it hadn't updated to correct the time. As I said I'm not worried about it now, it's too late and I'm seeking no compensation etc, just looking to have the issue looked into. The game I've been playing each night is Elder Scrolls Online via Steam. I'll wait for the reset tonight expecting it to be the same again and send the logs.
Also not sure if it's related but the Time/Timer/FPS has not been showing up in my games for some reason or it would be in that screenshot upper left corner. I can't seem to get it to come back on so the time could be verified right in the screenshot as well as time played.
