Hi, i use the razer kraken x and everything was working fine for me with surround sound up until today.
the app is not responding, i deactivate surround sound and activate it again but surround sound is still not working.
i tried to swap my devices around but nothing helps so far.
never had issues with surround sound, whenever something went wrong i could just uncheck the box and re-check it to fix my sound or i could just deactivate my devices and reactivate them to make it work again.
im literally clueless rn as in ticking the box in the app does nothing for me
