External monitor doesn't work via Thunderbolt 3

I have an external monitor VG2439m-LED for which I use a USB-C to Displayport cable. It works perfectly with the USB C port on the left side of my 2020 Razer Blade Stealth, but when I plug it into the Thunderbolt 3 port on the right, I hear the hardware recognition noise in Windows, but get no signal on the monitor. The cable is a uni Cable from Amazon advertised as being Thunderbolt 3 compatible and others seem to be using it for that function with no issues. This occurs no matter the Windows display option (duplicate, extend, second screen only). I'm assuming I'm missing something really simple as that port seems to recognize the cable, charges my phone just fine, and that cable works in the other port. Any ideas why it doesn't work? Thanks in advance for the help.

Please check if the Thunderbolt 3 port in question has any data transfer issues. You can do this by transferring files from your PC to your smartphone and back. By the way, would you happen to have another Thunderbolt 3 cable to use for testing purposes?

I transferred files to and from my phone via the phone's USB-C cable. Files transferred quickly both ways from the Thunderbolt 3 port. Both USB C ports on the Stealth provide the "Charging rapidly" message on my phone when the phone is plugged in. I don't have another USB C to Displayport cable, but the monitor works fine with the same cable using the other port, just not the Thunderbolt port.

In that case, the port is less likely to be the cause of the issue. Please check with the manufacturer of the external monitor if it has support for the Thunderbolt connection.
