Extreme inverse ghosting on Razer Blade 15 144hz screen

What the hell is going on with the Razer Blade 15's screen? Games are ruined at 60hz due to insane pixel overdrive which causes an inverse ghosting effect that seems impossible to get rid of.

There's no way to adjust pixel overdrive manually and there isn't even an option to apply a half refresh rate in NVIDIA Control Panel resulting awful microstutter in nearly every situation except 144hz (Which isn't an option for most games, even Halo Reach can't maintain a locked 144)

The only game I found a solution for was Skyrim SE and that was only via an ini tweak that allowed the game to run at half refresh of my native 144hz for a smooth 72fps.

Point being that the only option for smooth gameplay for every other game is running the screen at 60hz refresh which causes the awful inverse ghosting leaving me with a laptop incapable of optimal performance. All I want to do is play at 60hz without the ghosting but after hours of research I have no solution, it appears to be a hardware issue with the monitor which is extremely disappointing as I paid thousands for this machine.

Massively regret buying this laptop now, if anyone has a solution to this problem please let me know.
