f9 not bringing up boot menu to enable factory reset.

If I spam f9 while the computer is loading, i can see the boot menu for about half a second and then it vanishes. Needs to do a factory reset in order to return computer. This is in relation to my service order 200808-000528 from today. I Tried to get b ack on the technical support chat but it will not load now. Please help. I need to do this today.

    Does anyone ever respond? I reset my computer using WIndows but now it wants my personal information again. I'm trying to remove all that information Please, please somebody help me. I can't stand this. I've trying to deal with this for 12 hours.
