Faceit AC block Razer Synapce

Good afternoon. I bought my first device from Razer. I play exclusively in cs go Faceit, but Faceit anti-cheat blocks Synapse. What can be done? Does everyone have this problem?

That's odd. Was this an issue since you start playing with your new mouse while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is in the background? Did you try clean reinstalling the Razer Synapse 3.0? Should the issue persists, please send me your MSinfo, Synapse logs, and a video showing the issue.
