Failed to load balance

oh well today i just tried to add razer balance using paypal for like 20$ and it worked , then i tried to add again it started to give me some kind of Error , i thought it's my paypal issue then i purchased razer gold gift card online and tried to redeem it then i got the same error "failed to load balance" then i tried to Bank master card also got same error , i tried another bank master card also same exact error , so i'm kinda sure now it's not my payment methods issue but it is Razer System is somehow glitched , i mean when we add credit using Razer gold gift cards that way it must work because you guys producing those kind of cards and adding them to online shops for sale , so what am i supposed to do ? i already contacted the support and i wish i did not because Razer support is aweful , i ask them where is india they tell answer me we have no panana sir , i tried many times before and the guys who answers the tickets literally does not understand english or maybe they just too drunk to answer tickets , or they maybe let their kids help them answering tickets for people , you gotta help me here and i have read tons of people with alike issues , you making us rage with this ignorance and stupidity by the way and no i don't have to be respectful when it comes to me paying tons of money for your services and getting no service in return . you maybe need to give the razer gold job for another better company who can run it just like amazon or ebay or something actually understand how to receive online payments better .
