Fan Grinding+Chroma Light?

I have a Razer Blade 15 laptop; and this morning my fans started making a grinding sound out of the blue. When I took a look at them I noticed the right fan had a light in it that seemed to match up to the chroma colors on my keyboard? Like it changes colors in that same rainbow pattern. Is that normal? I just got this laptop this year. I included a video that shows what I am talking about.
