Fan not on when on battery Razer Blade 15 Advanced RTX 2080

Hi guys, My fans are not working/ on when I'm on battery. The fans work when I'm plugged in though. I've contacted Razer support and have followed their instructions, but the fans are still off while on battery. I need some help on how to have the fans on while unplugged. Or is it designed to work like this? Thank you in advance for the input!
