I have. tried to reinstall/run Razer’s recovery procedure on my 12-moths old Razer 17 2023. To No avail, I dare say!
12 times (during the last 4 months) I worked through the razer procedure, leaving me with a totallyfaulty windows 11 system:
problems: BOD galore every 15 minutes - disk fault already - after only 12 months of use???????
processors 12-19 are faulty - already after only 12 months of use???????
filessystem flaky and access permissions not set for most applications. COM servers access forbidden
no adminstrative rights denies acces to administer/ correct errors
BOD when using files(applications - due to disk faults
And what does uppoert do? Can I upload documentation? support: only 1 (one) image (1 have 89 in 9 zipped blocks) AI-robot: I cannot answer your questions, I stop the session???!!!!???
No access to an agent “this we have dropped” ??!!??? as the AI God expressed it.
Support is simply doin NOTHING!
Only choice: throw away the Razer 17 - we have a new model for you, pal.
I just wanted to have en new SSD With Windows installed as it is when delivered the first time) for the Razer 17 and some tools (screwdrivers etc.)
But alas!, the streamline AI Robot did nor understand this simple request.
well dons, guys if you do not want any returning customers this is the right way to achieve this goal!
