Hello all,



I am trying to get my laptop repaired under warranty due to it having multiple issues.



Razer support are being extremely uncooperative, specifically regarding the green tongue of one USB port which came out when unplugging the device attached to it.



They keep throwing excuses at me saying I will be responsible for the repairs, and calling it "customer induced damage"



Can I ask if this is common with razer warranty claims? Has anyone been successful in getting a warranty claim accepted?
