Faulty Razer Blade Stealth 2019 Quartz Edition

Hello, I have recently (around 2 months ago) bought a new Razer Blade Stealth 2019 Quartz edition (MX150) laptop and found following problems with it: 1. The most critical one - it discharges while used (heavy tasks like gaming) being connected to a power adapter (65W that came together with RBS is the one I use). Also if you do nothing on it, sometimes it is not charging at all (battery % can stay on 96% mark without changing). 2. When using it without charger EVEN IN BATTERY SAVING mode it lasts for only 1-2 hours max. 3. USB C ports are loose, cannot stably use any devices that has USB C interface with it. 4. Webcam is having tearing and artifacts (strange) 5. Sound on this laptop is doing crackling sounds. Overall the quality of this product is terrifying though I really like it's performance and design and I really want to stay with Razer products, I would be happy if you could help me resolve mentioned above issues with this device.

It is unfortunate that you had to go through all of this in these trying times. As far as I can tell, 1,2,4 and 5 can all be caused by a battery issue that we can try to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, you'll have to send the laptop in for the loose ports. With all that said, please PM me the serial number of your Razer Blade Stealth so we can talk about your options in detail.
