Hi everyone..I purchased a basilisk x mouse and I can't drag files or select texts with the left button..how can I solve the problem? Can I do it directly from the app? Thanks to those who answer me

Can you check if the issue you're experiencing with your mouse is happening while the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled?
