Fingerprint doesn't work (RP1)

My fingerprint doesn't work and the settings has been disappeared. I was listening some music on Spotify and the fingerprint was working as always. Suddendly I can't unlock my device, it says "finger movement too fast". I restart the telephone and the settings were disappeared. When I restart the phone sometimes they show up but the fingerprint still doesn't work. I've tried to bring the telephone to 0% and let him off alone and after few hours put it in charge (I read it works for others device) but not for the mine. This morning I did a factory reset (3 times) but I've got the same issue. I can't even setup the fingerprint for the first time (as I lost all settings), when it says "place your finger on the screen " it doesn't work, it's like I don't touch it.
