Have you also tried simultaneously pressing and holding the power button and the volume up button for 7-10 seconds and wait for the phone to reboot? If in case the issue persists, please put your phone to Safe Mode and check if the issue is still happening.

Yes, I contacted the Support an tried the steps They suggested to me, but it did Not Work. I wanted to ask If maybe someone did have the Same Problem because I need my Phone also For Work and a factory reset should bei the Last Resort If nothing would Help.

We would suggest placing your phone into Safe Mode and see if the issue replicates before doing a factory reset.

I also placed my Phone Info Safe Mode, but since I tried all of These steps IT only seems that my battery runs Low faster.
