I am using a razer basilisk v3 x hyperspeed and i wanted to update the firmware to the latest. I downloaded the 1.02.00_r2 firmware updater and tried to update it but it cannot detect the mouse even though i tried to follow the steps. The firmware updater is running on adminstrator.

What specific variant of the Razer Basilisk you have? The one on the photo is for X HyperSpeed variant, yours is the V3 X HyperSpeed. Both are different. Let me know via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and for proper documentation.
