First Webcam, now my WiFi card broke

Hi, I made a post way back in January that my Webcam stopped working, it has not been fixed. Now my WiFi hardware is not responding and I can't connect to internet via wifi. Both times I tried reinstalling drivers, restarding the laptop, then ultimately reset windows operating system and both are still broken. This laptop is now useless. I also bought a Razer mouse to go with it and every now and then it stops responding until I remove the battery and put it back in. What's going on with your products!! Or my luck. I literally have no idea what to do now I'm panicking without a laptop I can't work. Regards, Viggs
