Unplug the device. Press the power button several times and hold it down for 5 seconds to clear all power. Plug back in. Switch back to PC mode. I’ve been having issues with mine refusing to connect to PC mode and being stuck in bluetooth mode (which also wouldn’t work). This fixed it. I’ll never buy another Razer soundbar. POS.
