Please. Fix. This. Dog. Software. I don’t know  how many years it’s been since I started using the kraken but 1. the default audio is complete shit. 2. the only thing making it useable is the eq in synapse 3. 3. the software has so many bugs that have NEVER been fixed. I dont know why I have to memorize my eq because the software fails to load my settings every few days and resets my profiles to default. It also fails to detect my headset or loads forever requiring me to redownload the software. 

edit: most recent update causing update issues as well. I updated it via razer central and it went through the download process 6 times… Happened on my other pc as well but only redownloaded it like 3 times.

just reinstalled it again and the headset isnt even plugged in...
