Fn + Pause Break has broken my pc

My keyboard is the cynosa chroma and i noticed a key called pause break, i pressed it nothing happened but when i pressed fn and pause break my monitor blacked out so i restarted my pc now weird stuff is happening like apps randomly crashing, pc randomly freezing and more. None of this happened before i pressed the keys. Please reply asap
