Fortnite somehow disables Razer Synapse

Same here. Tried reinstalls of Fortnite and Synapse 4. Haven’t tried synapse 3 yet. Keybinds work when I try cloud based Luna but not with Epic launcher.

All right. It's good to know that the first reports are coming in now, because I had the same problem two days ago. I've been sitting here for two days, searching the entire internet, reinstalling the program several times, and only in Fortnite does the mouse profile no longer work. Strangely, everything works when my Elite V3 Pro is connected with the cable, but as soon as I use it wirelessly, my mouse profile, including macros, etc., is deactivated when I start Fortnite. Macros work with the keyboard. This seems to be a Razer bug, and it's been driving me crazy for the past few days.

I did notice when I unplug my Naga Pro then plug it in, for a few seconds, the on-board memory keybinds work then abruptly stops working. It seems random also that some binds work and others don’t with my Tartarus. I’ve been walking through config file edits and of course full deletes and  reloads but nothing. It must be a change that happened in Epic Launcher if my binds still work everywhere else. 

I just bought a new mouse. It was the last time I bought Razer hardware.

I have a viper v3 Pro and it synapse breaks when I load up Fortnite, the side buttons on my mouse are binded and they don’t work on FN

Sou do Brazil e estou passando pelo mesmo problema, alguem teve uma resposta ja da razer sobre isso? se vai ser corrigido ou nao? alguma declaraçao oficial, ou o proprio suporte ja respondeu sobre?

reinstalled fortnite reset mouse and reinstalled multiple times  wiped all profiles still no go .Just   wondered if  razer and fortnite  have teamed up to get us to sign up for the world id  there pushing to prove you are nnt a bot. 

I have a temporary solution while the bug is fixed.
This solution only applies to mice with built-in memory.
1. Load the profile into the mouse's memory.
2. Close the Synap application.
3. Play with the mouse's built-in profile.

Hopefully, they fix the bug quickly.

Mesma coisa aqui, mano. Comecou há uns 2 dias. Até agora nada. Em outros jogos os perfis do synapse 4 funcionam normalmente; este problema só ocorre no fortnite.

Having the same problems with my mouse and keyboard.  Not a single key bind works once fortnite loads, and the chroma lights start doing their own thing as well.  Have tried multiple reinstallments of both synapse and fortnite with no luck. Also confirm that keybinds work as they should in every other program.

It worked again for two days and the problem returned.

It’s simple. Seems like Fortnite finally did something on their side to disable the turbo function. It’s the only thing that makes sense because the key binds work with anything that’s not Fortnite 

I have the same problem here, when i open fortnite my sensivity dpi change alone, when i close fortnite my sensivity go back to normal, I have  razer synapse 2, i’m sitting 5 hours on the pc trying to fix the problem but still cannot.. if anyone have anysolucion please let us know.. 

It’s simple Fortnite did something to prevent synapse from actually working because it’s only with Fortnite when you play Fortnite it’s an app of work the menu you exit that game it goes back to normal or play any other game it works. It’s just Fortnite. They stopped or blocked synapse from actually controlling your keyboard and mouse with macros. It’s that simple.

I’m used to play with razer mouse since  8 years, So now i don’t have another alternative either to buy another mouse brand now..

I have tried some things and have found the issue. 
In razer synapse, in the linked games tab, fortnite has a different mapping than the mapping that you have selected for the mouse / keyboard. So outside of fortnite the keybinds work but when you are in the fortnite screen, those keybinds take over. Disable the keybinds there or remove the game and this fixes the problem.

Where do I disable the keybinds?

Do you mean “razer synapse 2” or “razer synapse 3”? My issue is with “razer synapse 2” And i can’t find the option called “ Linked games tab” to disable the keybinds or remove the game. 

Select fortnite and either select the correct mapping or remove the game from the list.

Razer synapse 3, i don’t know the fix for synapse 2, sorry :(

bro what app do u mean? razer synapse 2.0? or razer synapse 3?

Maybe anti-cheat Blocks Synapse off but im Not saure

Pretty sure it has something to do with the anti-cheat.
