Fps fluctuations in most videogames

So this problem I started noticing about a week or so ago on my Razer Blade 14. When ever I play most videogames off either Steam or Xbox Gamepass Regardless of what is going on in the game my fps fluctuates sitting smoothly at 100+ fps for a few seconds then dropping to a consistant <30 fps for a few seconds and repeating. I cant seem to find any similar situations anywhere else online so I’d like to know if anyone has any insight. I’ve stared at my gpu and cpu activity while playing the games and nothing spikes or changes in a way that matches the fps drops. It happens regardless of whether I’m using High Settings or low settings in game. Even happening very obviously when in menus where nothing is going on graphically. I can see the in game mouse icons lag as i move them then return back to proper fps back and forth.The only game this doesn’t happen really obviously is Apex Legends. Though I still get fps drops randomly for no reason in that game too regardless of what is going on.If anyone has any ideas of what could be going on I’m all ears i’ve been watching and trying things for the past 3 or 4 days to no avail.
