Frames drops on razer blade 14 RTX3080

This all started about a month ago when I was playing BeamNG drive and my game audio started crackling and my frames dropped from 80+ to 20-30 and unstable. At first, I thought it was thermal problems, so I cleaned out the dust build up and the temps went down but nothing changed with the frame drops. I also tried new graphics drivers and then as a last resort I factory reset the laptop still not fixing anything.
