we have 2 Razerblade Laptops at home, a Razerblade 15 from 2022 and  a Razerblade 16 RZ09-0483SEH3 from 2023 (still in warranty) and with the latter one we are experiencing frequent crashes e.g. with Hogwarts Legacy, the game just crashes to desktop or freezes after a play time of 5-15 minutes, no pattern that i can see. Windows 11, firmware and drivers are all up to date. Lowering the game settings also does not help. Other games were working fine but other games were not as graphically challenging as Hogwarts legacy. It might be overheating, but it should be prevented by low game settings and i am using an extra cooling pad under the notebook. The Razerblade 15 with lower specs does not show the same problem and plays Hogwarts Legacy in Ultra settings… Should i send it back for inspection as it is still in warranty now?
